Featured national experts will present information on the changes that substance abuse providers can expect to take place as a result of the sweeping health care reform legislation passed earlier this year.  These experts are both individuals who have analyzed the expected changes and individuals from states that were the models for the new laws. 

In addition to listening to the presenters, there will be opportunity for participants to discuss with the speakers the implementation issues for our service delivery system in North Carolina.
